Unit worked OK for roughly one month, and then cleaning frequency elevated except we were doing a Deep Cleaning day with the support of day, because the unit would just sit down and squeal. Contacted Customer Service, which is really an oxymoron, as a outcome of there was no "service" concerned. After days of take a seatting on hang, leaving messages looking to get a cling of a Customer Service Rep, because they never returned names, they authorize the return of my faulty unit for change. Now for the guarantee, it does no longer cover the associated rate to come the unit to CA, which I might accept under protest, but then upon receipt of the defective unit you wish to call them and provide them with a credit card to cover their $39.95 processing rate ...excuse me ... I need to pay further prices for a defective unit? Unit is made in China; the product probably prices less than $39.95.
